French Frills: Fotos circa 1920s ~ 1930s

The "C" maker's marque is the Ostra/Biederer Studio. This photograph, used for the cover for an American edition of Anais Nin's erotic prose, has become iconic as a representation of the period.

Vasta @ New York Photo Show April 6, 2018 The Watson

I will be exhibiting at the New York Photo Show Friday April 6th presented by Mary Martin, Ltd. 9:30am - 6pm entry $7, early bird @ 8am $20. The Watson Hotel 440 W 57th St. (9/10th). As always I will be presenting rare and unusual photographs in my areas of specialty: the body, nudes and erotica.

Next Show: New York PHOTO SHOW April 17 & 18th

My next show is the annual New York Photo Show, April 17th & 18th at the Lighthouse exhibition space on East 59th Street. Here's a preview of some of the photographs I have reserved for the show, details are here. As in previous years, this is the same weekend as the AIPAD Photo Fair at the Armory on 67th Street, just 8 blocks from the Lighthouse venue. I look forward to seeing you there.
