Busty Babes 4ORTY PLUS! Men's Mags '60s ~ 70s

Soon after the busting out of the late '50s digest sized specialty magazines came the first titles devoted to well endowed female models. One of the first was 40+ (Forty-Plus) published by Selbee in New York City, the premier issue of which appears above. The flood of female flesh, overflowing bras and teasing big-up-front babes migrated quickly to full-size magazines. Some of the titles are show here in scans retrieved from my archives include: Busty, D-Cup, 38-26-34, Jaguar, Bosomy Beauties, Hefty, Juicy, Kingsize and Buxom Babes.

GRUNDWORTH Photo Fetishist: Derriere Lover 1920s

The Parisian world of clandestine, erotic photography has many twists and turns and more than a few "men of mystery" working behind the camera. Among their ranks is the photographer known only as Grundworth. Although there is much evidence of his contributions to the genre during 1920s, unabashedly displaying his fetish for full figured women, particularly their marvelous round asses, nothing is known about him.

He also admired silk stocking'ed legs, garters, garter belts, panties, frou-frou slips and lingerie; as well as outdoor exhibitionists and maids giving enemas to their submissive mistresses!! Here is a miscellany of postcard size images. Go here to see the original Grundworths in my eBay store.

BUSTY BABES Digest Size Girlie Mags 1960s

The New York City digest sized girlie magazines of the late 1950s and early '60s were the proving ground for many of the full size magazines that would follow. The digest size (approx. 5.5" x 8.5") magazines were a genre unto themselves and many independent publishers followed in the footsteps of what John Willie (Bizarre magazine 1940s to the early 1960s) and Lenny Burtmen's Exotique publications (mid-1950s to early 1960s) had established as the earliest "special interest" fetish, digest size magazines.

It seems like a no-brainer to literally focus on publishing magazines filled with high quality photos of sexy busty babes but it took a while before they hit the racks at the adult book stores. Yeah, these particular magazines were not meant for consumption by the general public. Too dangerous for America's youth. A special trip to Times Square was required to get acquainted with the pages posted here. These are from deep in my archives and have my roseros watermark on them.
