Parliament Men's Magazines: Genesis The Early 1960s

 

Started in the late 1950s as the American Art Agency, Parliament Publications, located in Los Angeles, created the best men's, adult bookstore magazines in the United States. Each issue featured high quality photography and layouts all printed on quality, coated paper. BLACK GARTER Heels & Hose Magazine 1959

Sadly only three issues of Black Garter made it to the sales racks but they were all very special issues loaded with some of the more memorable models of the time, including Anita Ventura, Laura Vickers, Lorraine Burnett, Ann Austin, Jennifer Jordan, Madeline Castle, Irma The Body, Jackie Miller, Pat Wright and Karen (aka Rita) Castro. Excellent photography cover to cover, featuring busty babes in and out of garter belts, stockings, sexy lingerie and high heels. Published in New York City, circa 1959.
