Beautiful deco styling for this circa 1925 catalog from the 

Parisian department store, Printemps.

 A slight detour from lingerie, this catalog offers items for body massage and features on the back cover, a device to "develop and firm" your breasts.

From Germany circa early 1960s, a small format catalog offering sexy Parisian inspired lingerie aimed at playtime in the boudoir. 

Rosy Dessous was one of the largest mail order catalog companies offering all types of sexy lingerie. Located in Pforzheim, Germany publishing frequent catalogs and updates similar to Frederick's of Hollywood in L.A.

OSTRA STUDIO Fetish Fashion Bondage S/M Paris 1930s

 

The fetish, bondage, female domination photographs, created by the combined talents of the Ostra and Biederer Studios remains some of the the most seductive fantasy imagery produced anywhere during the 1920s and early 1930s. Exceptional models, impeccably dressed in fetishistic clothing, were posed in submissive "tableaux vivante" and photographed. The studio team, comprised of two brothers, emigres to Paris from Hungary (the town of Moraska-Ostrava), created unparalleled imagery, posing talented models in marvelous fetish clothing. The final product, beautifully composed photographs, printed on the highest quality photo paper from excellent negatives, were unsurpassed and stand high above the rest of the 1920s/'30s genre photographs. Tragically, the brothers, Jews living in Paris at the time of the occupation, were sent separately to concentration camps in Germany, where both were killed. Curated from the Vasta Archives.

Frederick's of Hollywood Lingerie Catalogs 1960s

Frederick's of Hollywood born in the 1950's promoting capri pants and boudoir loungewear was, by the mid-1960s, the name synonymous with sexy lingerie, padded girdles, push-up bras and falsies.
