After the introduction of Playboy in 1953 American newsstands needed to make room for the copycat publications that followed. By the early 1960s there were titles from A to Z. A handful were actually successful, including Escapade, Gent, Monsieur and Cavalier. These and similar magazines are for sale in my eBay store.
